In school you are required to learn large amounts of information on many topics. But if that task were not enough, you also must quickly and accurately recall selected information for exams.

Exams are artificial, high-pressure situations. Few similar experiences exist outside of the school setting. The memory systems described in this book will:

Help you prepare for exams taken in school and elsewhere
Enable you to quickly and accurately recall the information you need to do well
Make studying easier and perhaps more enjoyable

While a student, I used these memory systems with great success. As a study-skills counselor, I have taught these methods to thousands of students. I hope you will find them equally helpful.
