Social Science and Complexity: The Scientific Foundations of Holistic-Relational Social Science

This book assesses the basic premises of the four "dissenting" sciences: quantum-holography, chaos theory, neo-evolutionary theory, and complexity theory and self-organised criticality. The book also discusses how the holistic-relational sciences apply to the wider social sciences and influence the current debates of methodologists and philosophers. Finally, the book argues that a holistic-relational science will lead to an alternative and complementary notion of politics and public policy.
